Description We are on the lookout for a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Woodbury, New York. In this role, you will primarily focus on maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, with a focus on Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Database management. This is a short-term contract opportunity in which you will be expected to use your skills in Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments to enhance our operations.Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to computer hardware and software Wipe and rebuild PCs and Macs as necessary, maintaining optimal system performance Manage and reorganize data cables and accessories to maintain an organized and efficient work environment Regularly review and manage AV equipment to ensure it is in good working condition and meets user needs Utilize Android Development skills to support mobile device management Leverage knowledge of Cisco and Citrix Technologies to maintain network systems Manage databases to ensure accurate and efficient data storage Utilize EO/IR systems to monitor and manage electronic and infrared systems Use Active Directory to manage users and computers within the network Support Apple Devices, ensuring they are correctly configured and maintained. Requirements Proficiency in Android Development is necessary for this role. Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is a key requirement. Experience with Citrix Technologies is essential. Understanding and experience working with Databases. Familiarity with EO/IR systems is required. Proficiency in managing Active Directory. Experience in working with Apple Devices is necessary. Understanding and ability to troubleshoot Computer Hardware. Demonstrated skills in Configuration Management. Experience in managing and overseeing Deployments.
