Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Application Solution Architect with a strong background in the Discrete Manufacturing with mergers and acquisitions experience.The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning and orchestrating the merger of two companies' Line of Business (LoB) processes, ensuring that the SAP S/4HANA system is utilized to its full capability based on the customer’s business requirements. Additionally, the role involves defining integration points within SAP’s domains and non-SAP systems while leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions within the merged company's business requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Align and orchestrate the merger of two companies' LoB processes, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
Define integration points within SAP’s domains and non-SAP systems to ensure cohesive and efficient business operations.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions that meet the merged company's business requirements.
Work closely with LoB stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable, efficient, and sustainable solutions.
Provide guidance and expertise to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and support.
Ensure that SAP S/4HANA solutions are aligned with industry best practices and the company’s strategic goals.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the SAP S/4HANA system to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA developments and trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, specifically in aligning and integrating LoB processes.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and integration points.
Experience with SAP and non-SAP system integration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
SAP S/4HANA Version 2022 and above certification(s) in relevant areas is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT).
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in SAP S/4HANA and mergers and acquisitions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
