Job DescriptionA client of Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join their team!This is a full-time role for a Clinical Supplies Project Manager in Westchester County, NY, with flexibility for remote work.The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project management, supply chain management, procurement, clinical supplies, and negotiation tasks on a day-to-day basis.Key Responsibilities:-Receive Request for Quotes and Proposals from current and new clients-Communicate with client regularly and primary contact for all study related details-Generate thorough, detailed and accurate quotes with equipment types, models, specifications, and prices in a timely manner-Submit thorough, detailed and accurate proposals in a timely manner and respond to any client requests for clarification or revision-Following up with additional information and documentation required by client-Meet virtually and communicate with client to review project progress-Proactively track, monitor and report study deliverables and timelines-Collaborate with procurement dept to coordinate purchasing of any items needed for projects-Communicate with Operations Department on any service, logistics and shipping requirementsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. 3 to 5 years of project management experience
Needs to have high urgency and understand the demand and pressure of the clinical trial industry
Proficient in MS office suites including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Hard work ethic, dependable and adaptable - Clinical trial experience
