As a Sales Specialist (Strategic Analytics & Insights, SAI)  at NielsenIQ, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth by expanding our portfolio of analytics solutions to clients across the BNL region. This role requires a proactive, client-focused professional who can identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver impactful solutions that meet business needs.Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) would be: Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Increase in sales conversion rates and reduced sales cycle time. Create cross and upsell opportunities with existing clients. High client retention and satisfaction scores.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts, contribute to RFP responses and proposal development.Lead client meetings, deliver compelling pitches, and present insights that showcase the value of our analytics solutions.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Understand their needs, challenges, and business goals and recommend the most relevant solutions.Maintain knowledge of NielsenIQ’s SA&I offering and effectively position them against competitor solutions.Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with company guidelines.Manage an active sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals.Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, forecasting, and sales performance.REQUIREMENTS3-5 years of experience in market research in FMCG, agency or client side.Selling experience related to market research, marketing, brand management.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable client recommendations.Strong communicator and ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.Proficiency in English and Dutch.WHAT WE CAN OFFERHybrid and flexible working conditionsInternational teamGreat variety of projects with often an international focus/impact and great client exposureMany training & development opportunities and (international) career paths
