You are responsible for realizing the objectives of the Customer Digital Interaction domain within your product cluster. Together with your cross-functional team, you design, build and continuously improve digital and AI-powered products that enable customers to start and complete their journeys through digital channels, supported by human-assisted touchpoints when needed.You balance discovery and delivery, set clear priorities and actively drive execution. You own products that are central to KPN’s digital transformation, with direct impact on millions of customers and key business metrics. You regularly report progress, results and learnings to senior stakeholders.Hands-on responsibilities include:Own the product end-to-end: define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for digital and AI-powered CDI products, contributing hands-on across the full lifecycle from ideation to production and optimization.Drive delivery and cadence: own backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria and sprint rituals; set clear priorities and goals, demo outcomes and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.Build and run AI in production: integrate AI and data-driven capabilities (personalization, automation, predictive and agentic solutions), ship safely to production and monitor performance with a clear improvement and scale-up plan.Enable adoption and manage risk: align stakeholders, manage UAT and go-lives, steer architectural decisions, and actively manage risks around AI guardrails, security, compliance and performance.Lead by coaching and ways of working: coach and mentor team members, foster experimentation and continuous improvement, and drive strong agile and DevOps practices across the team.
You will join a team of 7 product professionals within the CDI domain. The team works closely with engineers, designers and data specialists in cross-functional setups. Collaboration, ownership and learning by doing are central, with a strong focus on hands-on product development and real, measurable impact.
