We are seeking for a highly motivated Support Specialist in the field of Image Guided Surgery covering our installed base in hospitals in The Netherlands. The field service position will be reporting directly to the Regional Manager and you will be based from your home office. Preferably located in Amsterdam or the Randstad region in The Netherlands, you will serve our hospital customers in the region.Your main responsibilities will be:Perform installations, preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs of the Brainlab platforms Curve, Kick and Buzz which are used in hospital´s operating rooms.Execute SW/HW updates and/or upgradesSetup network integrations and Virtual Machine serversPerform troubleshooting (onsite and remote) and analyze problems to find solutionsAnalyze, interpret and compose network diagrams, schematics and wiring diagramsPlan, organize, and implement your service assignmentsComplete every installation or service assignment efficiently and in a timely mannerCommunicate in a professional manner and build robust customer relationships.Be friendly, calm and competent on a face-to-face basis with customersInstruct and educate customers in proper use of products and servicesPerform and document all mandatory administrative tasks accurately according the Brainlab policies in a timely mannerActively live the team approach on a regional and European levelKeep up to date with assigned trainings, re-trainings and certificationsKeep abreast of developments regarding Brainlab and competitive products and servicesDeliver high level customer serviceTraining for the role is 4 to 6 weeks and is conducted at our headquarters in Munich and also in the field with experienced colleagues.Your assigned region is Netherlands, but you will also support the colleagues in the Netherlands and Luxemburg when needed. Based from your home office, 4 out of 5 days you will be “on the road” in your region with occasional travel abroad.
