To start with, the position of International Key Account Manager (IKAM) is part of the Global Sales team. An diverse team that helps each other learn, grow and develop. As the IKAM, you will be together with the Global Customer Director responsible for developing successful relationships with International customers. For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said, we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:Lead & Coordinate International Account Management: Spearhead the management of key international accounts by orchestrating the efforts of multiple stakeholders. This involves leading the preparation of negotiations and strategic planning in alignment with the guidelines, ensuring a cohesive approach across all stages of partnership development.Develop Strategic Partnerships with Customers: Together with the Global Customer Director by fostering and maintaining strong working relationships with key international customers at both local and international levels. Focus on building long-term strategic partnerships through regular engagement and personalized account management strategies.Enhanced Data Analysis & Strategic Insights: Conduct comprehensive market, sales, and financial data research. Utilize advanced analytical tools to generate actionable insights, which will serve negotiations and identify growth opportunities for international agreements.Advanced Integrated Reporting: Leverage and improve integrated reporting framework that provides detailed, accurate representations of key account performance internationally.Strategic Support for Global Sales Initiatives: Collaborate closely with the Global Sales team and local Key Account Management (KAM) teams to devise and implement robust business growth strategies. Transform strategies into tangible projects, leading the execution of major initiatives that drive joint growth and value creation.Comprehensive Business Reviews: Organize and conduct regular business review meetings, including Top-to-Top interactions, and internal reviews with local sales teams. Employ a systematic approach to track progress against goals and adjust strategies as needed.Strengthen Internal Relationships and Knowledge Sharing: Build and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders across different regions and functions. Manage sales communities effectively and facilitate the sharing of best practices and guidelines within international and local market sales teams to foster a collaborative environment.Deliver consistency in International Account Management: Ensure alignment between international and local account management strategies by coordinating with markets. This involves standardizing and improving guidelines, approaches, and operational procedures to ensure a consistent and effective management across all accounts
