This is a unique opportunity to lead at the intersection of AI innovation, network operations, and agile product delivery.We’re looking for someone who will surprise us every day — with new ideas, fresh insights, and smart ways AI and data can make our work more efficient, our lives easier, and our performance stronger.Your responsibilities include:Own the product vision and roadmap for AI & Data solutions supporting operational processes like Assurance, Fulfillment, and InventoryLead the collaboration with our external strategic partner, including contract shaping, performance monitoring (KPIs/SLAs), and cross-team alignmentTranslate business needs into clear priorities and steer delivery across agile DevOps teams using a build–configure–run modelDevelop and manage operational plans, including an annual plan and a rolling 6-quarter roadmap linked to strategic objectivesEnsure product quality and continuity, proactively resolving issues and managing risks tied to service levels and deliveryAlign stakeholders across business and IT, acting as the central point of contact for product decisions, priorities, and value realization
