Together, you’ll translate business goals into data-driven programmatic strategies and ensure every campaign delivers meaningful results.As part of Rituals’ internal media agency, you’ll not only manage and optimize campaigns but also experiment with new formats, audiences, and automation techniques to keep us ahead of the curve.Key result areasCreate full-funnel media strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion goals, together with the Senior Programmatic Specialist.Manage the planning, setup, and day-to-day optimization of international programmatic campaigns across DV360 and other DSPs.Analyze and report on campaign results, highlighting insights, learnings, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and media teams to align strategies with broader business goals.Maintain and nurture relationships with external partners such as Google, publishers, and media agencies.Continuously test and experiment with new formats, audiences, and tools to improve campaign effectiveness.Stay on top of trends, innovations, and opportunities in the programmatic and publisher landscape.Support automation and AI-driven optimizations to help scale campaigns efficiently across markets.
