As an Intern within the Retail Operational Excellence team, you will support our 1200 retail stores worldwide and be the linking pin between the stores together with the Local Head Offices (LHO) and the Central Head Office (CHO).The Retail Operational Excellence team oversees operations in all shops worldwide. Our department manages various commercial and operational projects aimed at benefiting employees globally, ensuring they have the necessary tools to deliver best in class performance and provide excellent service to our customers. YOU ARE ALL ABOUT INTERNATIONAL RETAILIn this international role you will secure full clarity on what is expected at which point in time, in what way and by whom. You will do this for all our Company Owned retail stores across the world to secure a consistent way of working and full knowledge of all programs, tools and systems to further optimizations of processes and procedures. Your main responsibilities: Supporting our Retail communication between our LHO’s and Rituals stores and maintaining our Global Retail Knowledge base.Supporting our Fraud&Risk team with cash management and ad-hoc activities.Preparation of in-store retail meetings and other retail-related projects.Work closely with the Retail Coordinators and different CHO stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, Innovation and Format & DesignJOIN OUR TEAMYou will be a team member of the Retail Operational Excellence team, together with multiple other colleagues.
