As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll roll up your sleeves and tackle recruitment from all angles:Operationally, you’ll manage everything from drafting job posts to navigating the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and administrating offers.On a tactical level, you’ll tap into diverse channels—job boards, agencies, social media, and your network—to reach active and passive candidates alike.Strategically, you’ll partner with hiring managers, interpret their needs into targeted hiring approaches, and analyse recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.Here, you won’t just fill positions—you’ll help build teams that drive our continued growth across EMEA.
