Every Day Optimal, a leading hemp-derived CBD company looking to hire a polite, professional customer service representative to handle our inbound/outbound calls, and email/live chat inquiries.
Youll also be responsible for packing and shipping our daily orders.
This position is full-time - 40 hours / week.
Our customer support hours of operation are Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm.
Your responsibilities include listening to customers and providing outstanding service by answering questions, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services.
To be a successful customer service rep, you need to be customer-focused, detail (you pay attention to the details) oriented, and efficient. Youre polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
The ideal candidate is familiar with the benefits of hemp and CBD.
Job Duties
- Answering or making calls to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and defusing angry customers, as needed.
- Building lasting relationships with customers based on trust and reliability.
- Packing daily orders, and preparing the packages
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- More education or experience may be preferred.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
- Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
- Strong time management and decision making skills.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be desired
Working Conditions
The customer service representative position is full time in our office - 9am-5pm.
Compensation
The salary for the customer service representation is $2,080 / month.
This is equivalent to $13 / hour.
40 hours / week. 160 hours / month.
Youll receive a 90 day evaluation where we can discuss promotions.
