Survey Party Chief
Applicants for this position should be experienced in construction layout, boundary surveys, topographic surveys and be able to train other field crew personnel. Experience with Carlson software is preferred but not mandatory.
Our Company uses Leica Total Stations and Sokkia IX robotic instruments, as well as Carlson BRX 7 GPS Systems. Carlson Surv PC v7 is used for data collection.
Our Company primarily work on Boundary surveys, Topographic surveys, Tree Surveys, and Construction Staking.
Most of the work is located in Western North Carolina. There may be minimal overnight travel on projects down east (typically one night).
Applicants must have a valid driver's license.
We are also seeking entry level survey technicians interested in a career in surveying. No experience is required. Training will be provided.
