(MHP) network initiatives and activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and activities as it relates to the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), North Carolina Medicaid and other network payor contracts. This is accomplished through comprehensive assessment, planning, monitoring and evaluation of organizational processes and daily activities. This position is responsible for implementation planning, measuring, monitoring and reporting on clinical team projects, performance and impact.Essential Accountabilities:

Implements and manages payor specific care team programs and provides meaningful, accurate timely data to customers.

Manages implementation of workflows, programs and reporting in the care coordination/population health platform.

Manages projects as defined by MHP Clinical leadership from start to completion.

Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project/program to all stakeholders.

What qualifications you will need:Required Education: Bachelor DegreePreferred Education: Master Degree in Business Management, Healthcare or other related fields.Preferred License: Notary public.Required Experience: Three or more years of progressive administrative, office management or executive secretarial experience. Three years’ minimum work related experience including project management in the healthcare industry. Must demonstrate high integrity and excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work well both independently with strong motivation and be team oriented with others in a matrix environment including experience with physicians in a healthcare setting. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to write clear, concise, complete reports, business correspondence and procedures will be required. Must demonstrate flexibility and creative problem solving skills and have a desire to learn new skills and technologies.Preferred Experience: Experience in health related field to include strong ability to create presentations, take minutes, compose letters, transcribe dictation, use standard office equipment and operation of a personal computer. Working knowledge of medical terminology also helpful.
