Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Asheville, North Carolina. The industry we operate in is Professional Services. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties include offering administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the business, as well coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.Responsibilities: Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls. Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail. Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately. Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure. Identify opportunities for operational and office management process improvement. Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports. Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format. Collaborate with team to ensure the smooth operation of all office functions. Requirements Proven experience in Administrative Assistance Proficient in operating and answering multi-line phone systems Experience in providing high-quality Concierge Services Demonstrable skills in Customer Service Familiarity with Data Entry tasks and processes Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and collaboration Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis Experience with Microsoft Outlook for professional email and calendar management Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing Organizational skills, particularly in managing and organizing files.
