Bone & Broth is currently hiring a Cook for our BOH team. We specialize in New American upscale casual cuisine and are looking for a candidate with an eye for detail and a passion for creating excellent fare. We are looking for a FT employee, and prefer to get our employees on a set schedule. Weekends are required. A typical shift is from 1:00 to around 10:30 and involves station prep, maintaining station through service, preparation of menu items to Chef Emily's standards, break down and clean up of station and kitchen.
A qualified candidate will have 2 years applicable hot line experience; be able to lift 40 pounds repeatedly; stand for 4+ hours; be able to bend, twist and stretch; comfortable around heat, cold, steam, and sharp objects; be respectful of fellow employees; have an attention to detail; be self starting and able to follow directions.
