Other duties include:
Prepare food ingredients, including slicing, portioning, and cleaning produce
Take ownership and maintain each respective workstation
Understand and consistently execute recipes and line builds in a timely fashion
Maintain a clean workstation and uniform
Problem solve and make quick decisions
Communicate effectively with all team members
Assist with cleaning, sweeping, moping, washing dishes, taking out trash, and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen from open to close
Ensure that all Hillman Beer policies and procedures are followed
Other duties as assigned
