We are looking for a reliable, hard working and enthusiastic chef/cook to lead the food side of our beloved European-style wine bar & bistro right on Main Street in the heart of downtown Brevard.
Our menu specializes in small plates including flatbreads, panini sandwiches, charcuterie boards, soups and desserts. While the menu - and the kitchen itself - is small, new ownership is excited about reintroducing daily specials and other additions to the menu, so creativity and culinary knowledge/skills are definitely a plus, as is the ability to work fast-paced during very busy nights.
Hours are Wednesday through Saturday for a total of roughly 30 hours a week.
