Chef/Line Cook/Host Needed - FIG Bistro

Fig Bistro is a small independently owned restaurant in Historic Biltmore Village. Drawing on a 19 year history of culinary excellence, we are looking to expand our team. We run a professional/brigade culinary environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. We are seeking a motivated and skilled kitchen employee as well as a host with a positive attitude and solid line "chops". Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate technique and ethic in a fast paced, team-oriented environment during a 2 hour stage. Full time and part time positions available.

- Proficiency at all work stations Garde Manger, Saute, and Grill/Protein
