We're looking to add one more person to our front of house team!
Easy Tiger, a new sports bar in the heart of downtown Asheville. We’re looking for one more front of house team member to join us for weekends and some weekday nights. The atmosphere is fun, high volume and sports oriented - which means weekend availability is a must as our busiest hours are during Saturday/Sunday games!
If you have attention to detail, are hard-working, and excited to help bring this bar to life, we’d love to meet you.
FRONT OF HOUSE ROLES
We are a counter service spot: all patio and dining room guests order at the counter, and our team delivers food and drinks to them. The bar is full service.
Our FOH team structure:
- Counter: greets, takes orders, organizes to-go orders, and assists with service
- Expo: manages tickets, organizes to-go orders, and ensures food quality
- Cocktail Server: delivers food and drinks to guests with speed and hospitality, and obtains new orders table side in the dining room with our handheld device.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in customer facing positions (high volume is a plus)
- Strong work ethic and passion for great food and drinks
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Positive, guest-focused energy and strong communication skills

Must be 18+ (you’ll be handling alcohol)
Must be available late nights and weekends
Pay: $9/hr + tips (we guarantee asheville living wage)
