Desired Skills & Experience:
Proven experience managing a coffee shop, café, or restaurant with a focus on high-quality coffee and unforgettable hospitality.
Deep knowledge of coffee flavor profiles, brewing methods, and coffee roasting techniques.
Strong sense of design and visual aesthetics with experience in creating or managing coffee shop ambiance.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills—able to motivate a team and engage customers with enthusiasm.
Creative mindset with an eye for innovation in both coffee offerings and business strategies.
Strong organizational skills and experience with inventory management and cost control
