The Bull and Beggar is seeking a dedicated, detail-driven line cook to join our team.

We are a kitchen focused on thoughtful technique, precise execution, and seasonal sourcing. Our menus balance European inspiration with Appalachian soul—and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to jump in, contribute, and keep pushing.

This is a great opportunity for cooks who take pride in their work, value consistency and collaboration, and want to grow within a respected kitchen.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong knife skills and station awareness

Experience with fine dining or upscale casual preferred

Clean, organized, and composed under pressure

Curiosity and commitment to learning

Punctuality and reliability are non-negotiable
