We're hiring a Server Assistant for Cucina 24 on Wall Street in downtown Asheville. We'd love for you to join our team! This position is 4 days a week, typically 4-5 hour shifts
Server Duties:
Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
Assist in maintaining adequate table setting and serving supplies (i.e. polish glassware, etc.)
Attend to customers upon entrance
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Maintain restaurant cleanliness at all times
Maintain adequate knowledge of food and beverage items
Deliver food from the kitchen to customers
