Responsibilities
Working with your team to provide a great guest and team experience
Identifying guests’ needs and respond proactively to their concerns
Complying with all health and safety regulations
Maintaining a clean and organized work station
Maintaining good rapport with guests and your team members
Working with a digital point of sale system
Prepping and cooking menu items
Washing dishes
Recommending and teaching tea and brewing techniques to guests
Requirements
Ability to spot and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
Ability to perform multiple tasks
Ability to become proficient in all areas of the tea room
Ability to communicate and work well with your team
Ability to maintain high levels of sanitation and safety
Ability to prepare food and beverage consistently and efficiently as directed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $10/ hr plus tips
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
