VIP Pet Resorts Inc. has expanded and is seeking experienced Doggie Day Care Team Members and Front Desk Managers to join our dedicated team in Arden, Asheville, Biltmore Forest & Swannanoa.
We are seeking hardworking and enthusiastic team players to provide excellent customer service while assisting with Doggie Day Care and Boarding, heavy cleaning and play yard monitoring. Applicants must be able to work in a team environment, at a fast pace and have exceptional customer service skills! VIP Pet Resorts Inc. applicants must be at least 18 years or older.
Full-time and Part-time applicants are welcome!
Team Member duties include:
MONITORING DOGS IN THE PLAY YARDS!
Maintaining a clean environment
Feeding, cleaning suites, lifting heavy items
Constantly walking and interacting with dogs and team members
MAINTAINING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT!
Provide excellent customer service
Managing schedules and appointments
Checking in and out dogs
Making personal contact with our clients
Friendly, organized and customer service driven
Able to work in an extremely fast paced work environment.
Team Members must be active and attentive at all times.
MUST LOVE DOGS - the love, the noise, the hair, the messes and the doggie drool
Candidates must be punctual with flexible or open availability, including weekends and holidays, as we are open for business 365 days a year. Weekends and holidays are required, but time off is permitted with advance notice.

Biltmore Forest Location
Shift from 7:00am - 4:00pm
Shift from 10:00am - 7:00pm
(40 hours per week)
Arden Location
Shift from 10:00am - 7:00pm
(40 hours per week)

We offer competitive compensation along with a very favorable paid vacation time:
1 Year = 1 week paid time off
2 Years = 2 weeks paid time off
3 Years = 3 weeks paid time off
5 Years = 4 weeks paid time off
Starting wage ranges between $12.00 an hour ($13.00 after 30 days) &
