We are seeking a team player who can rotate the role of Chef/Cook/Prep/Order Creator and has a genuine love for food, service and co-creating play and fun for our "customers" and in our "Love Shack." Our ideal partner will be well-versed in the importance of effective compassionate communication within our growing ZenBurger family and among the team, holding an "ownership" view rather than "employee" view, as what we are building, we are building together.
We are looking for a hip, fun, responsible, motivated and reliable individual who has 2 years+ experience in all things related to cooking/prepping and serving up "The Love Buzzz"
Responsibilities Includes:
2 years minimum - Prep/Cook/take Customer's orders, rotating as team (or finding your stride among one another).
Inventory monitoring so we stay in flow.
Open, close and serve collaboratively as team in serving the daily needs and growth of ZenBurgers and it's growing ZenBurger family.
Integrate compassionate communication skills to resolve and accurately record customer's needs or celebrations.
Be in observation on how to become more by bringing your creativity and genius to collaborate as we grow and seek better ways to improve and expand our service and footprint in our world.
