FIG Bistro is seeking a hands-on host who is reliable with high energy and a willingness to wear many “hats”. We are a family-owned restaurant with a great culinary team, professional waitstaff, and strong focus on hospitality. Incumbent should be motivated, self-directed, and exhibit a desire to achieve customer satisfaction. The primary focus of this position is to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the Front House and be a confident communicator/advocate with the Back House. This position requires a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of our guests.
