Position Title: Cleaner
Position Type: Part-Time (10 hours)
Maintains the cleanliness and orderly appearance of office buildings or other commercial and institutional facilities, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment throughout the premises and surrounding walkways.
Responsibilities/Tasks/Duties:
Maintains cleanliness of grounds by sweeping, using blowers, billy-goat vacuums and spot-spraying as needed.
Unlocks entrance doors to hallways to ensure access during operating hours
Collects and empties trash receptacles throughout the facility and parking lot.
Notifies the manager of any concerns, maintenance issues, or supply needs.
Ensures equipment and supplies are properly maintained and in good working condition.
