A retreat center near Asheville, NC is currently looking for a Kitchen Manager to take charge of its kitchen operations.
Duties include:
Coordinate weekly menus from a team of cooks
Collaborate closely with fellow cooks to ensure smooth kitchen flow
Handle shopping for fresh, high-quality ingredients
Maintain a well-stocked, organized pantry and manage inventory
Take on cooking shifts when necessary
This is a part-time position, with flexible hours.
