We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control
Perform prep work such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and assembling dishes
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, and fryers
Participate in catering events as needed, providing excellent food service to guests
Experience
Experience is a plus, showcasing an understanding of food preparation
Strong culinary skills with proficiency in knife skills and meal preparation techniques
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry
