We are the premiere lunch spot in Hendersonville, earning "Best Sandwiches" & "Best Lunch Spot" in Blue Ridge. Earn an excellent base pay PLUS significant daily cash tips (about $16-20/hr.), bonuses, vacations, retirement plan, paid breaks and free shift meals. You must be available to work five shifts, Monday through Friday, 9 to 4-ish. This will easily be the best job you've ever had. No hoods to clean, no fryers or grill to clean, no sweating over a hot line. Just prep up, serve it, clean up and go home. No drama. This restaurant is run entirely by line cooks and chefs and runs smooth as can be. Uniform chef coats and hats are provided at no charge. Prior sandwich making, deli counter or line cook experience is required.
The line position is responsible for making sandwiches, salads, etc. as needed per guest orders. Some general cleaning, food prep, table bussing, helping to run a smooth shift, are all things you may do in a day.
The ideal candidate will have prior restaurant or cooking experience. Personality, speed, accuracy and consistency are necessary in this position.
