The Artisan Gourmet Market & Cafe is seeking an experienced Culinarian to work four to five days per week. This is a very rewarding and unique position with no early mornings or late night closings. You will create a once-a-week dinner for approximately 30-50 guests and also assist in the planning and execution of additional food, wine and/or beer related events. Additional hours could be acquired with catering events.
In addition to exceptional general culinary skills, butchery/meat cutting and proportioning skills will be necessary.

Looking for:
Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards a must. ServSafe certification a plus!
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment as a team player
Have a positive and fun attitude and exceptional customer service skills
