Many of our severs were promoted from our support staff crew, and many (but not all) of our support staff had server experience prior to joining our team. In most cases, people only leave our staff because they are moving away from Asheville, and turnover here is low. We have promoted a few of our support staffers to servers, and now we are looking for a few new employees that are comfortable hosting and running food in a high energy environment. We will cross-train them for each position, and schedule them for bussing shifts as well. We will expect Saturday and Sunday availability, and will schedule both of those days most weeks, among other evenings. Our workplace is very positive, and our staff is one big family of professionals. We are only interested in positive, focused, well-disciplined individuals that take pride in performing at superior levels, with consistency. Our standards are very high. We are among the best, partly because we only hire the best.
