YUME Ramen Sushi & Bar, located in Southend, Charlotte, NC, is currently seeking to fill Back of the House positions. We will give preference to applicants who have been impacted by Hurricane Helene and are in search of employment opportunities. We are flexible regarding candidates' preferences for full-time or part-time work. Additionally, we offer employee housing.
1) Experienced Sushi Chef Full-time $52k+ /yr or Part-time, and/or
Part Time helper $17+ /hr, HEAVILY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE;
2) Prep Cook / Line Cook Full time $14-$20 /hr;
3) Busser / Food Runner $13-$16 /hr;
4) Hostess $13-$16 /hr;
6) Dishwasher $13-$15 /hr;
Pay rate is based on experience. Preference will be given to those who are impacted by Helene and have experiences. For chef & cook positions, please only apply with 2 years or more experiences.
