Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Perform specimen collection processing and phlebotomy procedures
- Provide acute pain management and wound care
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice
- CPR Certified
- 6mo experience in long term care
