I currently have one or two position open for a cleaning tech. Both are in Hendersonville, NC. One is 5 days per week and the other is Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. both are located just minutes apart. Duties at both include gathering trash, cleaning/restocking restrooms, sweep mop, vacuum, dust. Cleaning has to be done between the hours of 5pm and 11pm and has to be performed on the scheduled days and can not deviate from those days. Pay is a flat rate( No Taxes) of 400.00 and 375.00 each or if one person does both it's 775.00. Pay can be made on the 15th and last day of each month or all at once on the last day of the month. This a very easy job for someone who will actually work. Requirements are
Must be 21 or older
Must have a valid drivers license and own transportation year round
Must pass a nationwide background check
Must have reliable means of communication
Must have a bank account or venmo account
Cleaning Experience a huge plus
