Job Responsibilities:
- Assist onsite supervisor and operators to ensure project completion according to plans.
- Perform general labor tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Schedule:
Work 5-6 days per week, with flexible scheduling options (OT provided for any hours worked after 40 hours):
Shifts are 10-12 hours long.
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction or related field preferred but not required.
Mechanical background working with heavy equipment a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
