Local business specializing in party and wedding equipment rentals is looking for individuals to join its event setup crew for its busy Fall season.
The event setup crew members spend the majority of their time travelling throughout WNC delivering product (tables, chairs, etc.) and setting up event tents of all sizes. Work takes places predominantly outside in all conditions and is physical in nature. The ability to lift 50+ pounds is essential.
Reliability and professionalism are crucial as we play a key role in the overall success of a wedding or event. Those with construction, landscaping, or delivery experience often excel in this role but we can train people that are willing to learn. Weekend work during the Fall is common as are significant opportunities for overtime. As is the nature of the business, these positions are often seasonal, and most will end sometime in November.
