Starting Pay: $20/hr+ (Based on Experience)
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic HVAC Technician to become part of our expanding team! The perfect candidate will possess hands-on experience in the service, maintenance, and installation of heating and cooling systems.
Responsibilities
Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Identify equipment issues and propose effective solutions.
Assist with system installations and replacements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally.
## Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience (preferred).
EPA certification (preferred).
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Installation experience is a plus (preferred).
