Snow Creek Landscape Services is looking for an individual to join our gardening department as a Crew Leader. These crews play a vital role in keeping our clients happy and their homes looking pristine. Through education, training and teamwork - our gardeners tackle the every day duties involved in creating a healthy and happy landscape.
This is a full time position that requires the following:
- Enjoys being outside, working with a team, and interacting with customers.
- Ongoing maintenance practices such as pruning, plant care management, weeding and other gardening tasks.
- Managing another crew member, and working directly with the Gardening Supervisor.
- Managing the appearance of client homes, commercial properties and landscapes based on the needs of client.
- Installation of perennials, annuals or bulbs, following the provided design layout.
- Preparation, installation, removal, ongoing maintenance activities and/or treatment.
- Excellent communication with the team
- Knowledge of landscaping practices.
- Ability to follow directions verbally or written.
- 2-3 years of field experience required. Education in horticulture preferred.
Pay
15 - 17/hr based on experience and education
