Property management company seeking a handyperson/gardener to work 1 day/week or more as needed.
Must have some carpentry experience, as well as experience with minor repairs such as replacing light fixtures, outlets, faucets, painting, and other basic home repair skills.
We have several properties with furnished apartments & beautiful gardens that need to be maintained, and we're looking for someone who enjoys this type of work.
Most of the properties are near downtown - one is in Woodfin.
The more skills you have, the more we can use you.
Please have your own basic tools for light maintenance and gardening, and reliable transportation.
