JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hiring a reliable and adventurous cleaner on a part-time basis to take care of 3 yurts on our 60 acre mountain retreat (20 mins north of Marion). This is intended to become a full-time cleaning manager position by Spring 2025 as we continue building. Hire will be made by Friday, March 29 with applications being prioritized in order received.
You will succeed if you enjoy working outside with your hands and being active, have experience cleaning homes/Airbnbs, attention to detail, and derive satisfaction from preparing spaces for others to enjoy.
Help us take care of our off-grid glamping resort on 60 acres of beautiful mountain land near the Blue Ridge Parkway (between Marion and Spruce Pine). The 60-acre property has two 30-foot waterfalls, over ½ mile of well-established road, an old cabin, solar power, two gushing natural springs, big mountain views, and hiking trails. The Blue Ridge Parkway property is our first acquisition with 2 more extraordinary properties in the pipeline. We will be expanding with 12 more glamping sites, event center, pavilion, and natural spa this year!

You will be RESPONSIBLE for:
- Cleaning the inside of the yurts/domes, making the beds, and organizing.
- Keeping supplies stocked with runs to Walmart
- Tidying up the campsites, trail, and fire pit area
- Delivering fresh spring water to the sites
- Washing linens (Laundry for linens will be done in your own home).
SCHEDULE – Most cleans will take place on Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays between 11-3pm with some trickling in on Wednesday and Friday. Cleans are completely dependent on when guests check-in and check-out.
HOURS – To start on our first 3 sites, you can expect 10-15 hours a week plus payment for gas & laundry. As we continue to grow and build more sites throughout 2024, we intend for this to become a full-time cleaning manager position.
