Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of on-the-job experience in carpentry and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise carpentry crews on restoration projects
Perform framing, drywall installation, trim work, painting, and other carpentry tasks as needed
Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth project workflow
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company and OSHA safety standards
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members
Requirements:
Minimum of eight years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on residential or commercial construction
Proven ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
