Small growing Real Estate company needs help with the dailies. This will mostly be in the landscaping realm as we are building an RV Park, but will occasionally shift to cleaning short term rentals and house renovations, depending on the day of the week and the weather. We can work with unusual schedules so you can meet the needs of children or furthering your education. We have worked very successfully in the past with persons needing week end work to supplement their income. We work well with others who are willing to learn and willing to switch up tasks to meet team needs. Job locations in Weaverville, Candler, Leicester and Asheville. Must have own transportation and cell phone. We will not consider anyone who smokes cigarettes (on or off the job) or needs to bring a vape to work, out of consideration of team member with asthma. Hoping for 30 hours a week of help, but can accommodate full time hours or just a week end helper. Weekly payroll, no 1099ers.
