I am looking for a caring woman live-in companion/caregiver, 60 years old or older, for my sister who has dementia. She is fully functional, does her own baths, feeding etc. Everything is furnished such as food, internet, TV etc. A private spacious Bedroom and bath. We do a startup pay of $1200 payable $600 on the 15th and 30th of each month for three months. Then we do $1400 a month after that. With two full days off a week. Light housework and food preparation. Must have own car for transportation to and from grocery store and restaurants or outings. No alcohol, drugs or smoking. No pets. Would be ideal for some lady who needs a home or has to pay too high monthly rent
