Our family in Irwin Hills, near Leicester Highway in Asheville, is looking for a dependable house cleaner every three weeks. We’re offering $200 per visit. It typically takes one person three to four hours, or two people about two hours.
The cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, making the beds, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, and occasional mopping. Periodically, we may ask for help cleaning the air fryer or refrigerator, though that’s rare.
We prefer natural cleaning products over harsh ones, but we’re fine with using bleach when needed for mold or deeper cleaning. Please have your own cleaning supplies and a reliable vehicle.
You can work any day Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. (no weekends). We pay via Venmo, Zelle, or check. Parking is easy, and our home is organized and not difficult to maintain.
We’re looking for someone who communicates well, takes feedback easily, and brings a positive attitude. If you’re reliable and interested in developing a long-term working relationship, we’d love to hear from you.
If you’re in a transition and unsure where you’ll be next month or don’t have experience cleaning homes, this probably isn’t the right fit.
