Brand Catalyst / Marketing Manager (Part-Time)

Soulfire Medicine is seeking a Brand Catalyst to help grow our local clinical practice and expand our online presence. Led by Dr. Christina Velderman—doctor of Chinese medicine, internationally published author, speaker, and educator—we help people harness the power of hope to fall in love with life again after trauma and complex/chronic illness.
As our Brand Catalyst, you’ll steward this mission and ensure that everything we share online and in the world carries that spark of possibility. You’ll work with existing materials and proven campaigns, weaving them into new conversations and deeper connections with those seeking the relief and inspiration we offer.
Your Mission:
Curate our online presence (website, social media: FB, IG, YT, G, X), ensuring every post and message reflects our commitment to helping people fall in love with life again.
Build and manage lead funnels that bring in the people who are already seeking the hope and healing we provide.
Run and manage online ads and local marketing that feel authentic, resonant, and alive.
Book speaking opportunities at conferences, podcasts, blogs, and events to share our voice and vision.
Edit existing classes and webinars into short-form videos that highlight our niche expertise in trauma healing—and suggest new video concepts to amplify our message.
What You Bring:
A passion for holistic healing, trauma recovery, and helping people reconnect to the beauty of life.
A track record of building engaged communities and turning presence into real-world impact.
Skill in lead funnel development, social media curation, and paid/organic marketing.
Comfort with video editing and content creation, or a drive to learn and grow these skills.
The ability to infuse every project with Soulfire’s voice: wise, comforting, a touch of wry humor, and always anchored in hope and healing.
Compensation:
-$2,000/month, part-time.
-Flexible hours to support your creative flow.
-One morning or afternoon per week in-office for video gathering, brainstorming, and creative collaboration.
