Position Description
Poppy Hand-Crafted Popcorn is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Seasonal Shipping and Production Associates to join our team during our busy holiday season! This position will be full-time and end on December 31st, 2024, and will play a key role in supporting various production and shipping tasks.
Responsibilities
Project Assembly: Assist in assembling various production projects to meet daily and weekly targets.
Carton Folding: Help with folding and preparing cartons for packaging.
Corporate Gift Packaging: Assemble and prepare corporate gift packages for shipment, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
Shipping Support: Assist with packing and labeling orders for shipping, helping to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Chocolating Support: Provide assistance in the kitchen with chocolating processes as needed, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
Flexibility to assist in various areas of production as needed.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Physical Demands
Extensive physical exertions which includes but are not limited to:
