Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time weekend Guest Services Associate to join our team at a hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests during their stay. In-office hours are Saturday 9:30-6, Sunday 10am- 6pm with the potential for additional hours.
Duties:
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about vacation homes and amenities
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Manage phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Convey maintenance and housekeeping needs to the appropriate team members
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Proficiency in phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Google Business Suite
- Familiarity with property management systems is advantageous
- Strong guest relations skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact
- (English and Spanish) proficiency is beneficial for communicating with a diverse range of guests and coworkers
