Job responsibilities:
Property management: Writing and maintaining tenant leases and tenant maintenance issues.
Listing rental properties on LoopNet and finding renters for unleased properties.
Construction: Familiar with City of Asheville and Buncombe County permitting and have ability to create applications and issue change orders.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
Position is part time – up to 25 hrs/week or as needed
